Since we offer so many products from a variety of suppliers we have added catalogs online for your review. If you see it anywhere on our website we can help you order it through our web forms, in our retail outlet or by phone at 610-328-5920.

Our normal production time is 10 business days from time of order approval. Some items, i.e. bronze plaques, silver repair/replating, and embroidered patches require longer production times, please check with us.
Recommended lead time / production time for orders during the months of April, May and June is 15 business days. Rush service is available, please contact us.

Email / Fax Orders
Please include the following when sending email (Sales@AwardConnection.biz) or faxed orders:
- Name / Organization or Company
- Contact information and form of payment.
- Product number or description.
- Text copy and logo (see below for format of emailed artwork)
- Shipping information.
- Date of event.
The following guidelines are provided to assist you in submitting art that will ensure satisfactory and timely completion of your order. Submitted art is printed "as is". We expect that you have proofread your art and/or copy before sending it to us.
Camera ready art is defined as black and white line art that has sharp, clean lines, requires no retouching, and is complete with text and/or graphics. (Artwork is not returned unless requested.)
Artwork that is NOT camera ready, or Art requiring clean up or redrawing will incur an art charge.
Artwork is not camera ready if:
- in color
- a gray tone, halftone, shadow, texture, or screen
- photo-copied or faxed
- a business card, stationery, or envelope
- soiled, smudged, torn, or bent
- If we need to add text to logo or add logo to text
Digital artwork is accepted on 3.5" floppy disks, CD's and by email. If artwork is emailed, it should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject line put your PO number and Company name. Do not send orders to this email address, they may get overlooked.
We are PC based and files created in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw are recommended. All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines and the file saved or exported as an EPS file. We can only accept PC compatible fonts. We highly recommend Postscript fonts rather than True Type fonts. Files should be a minimum of 300 dpi and not exceed 15mb in size. We can accept files compressed with WinZip.
We are unable to use files saved in the following formats: GIFF (.gif), PICT, CGM, MS Word, MS Excel, or Powerpoint. Bitmap (.bmp), and JPEG (.jpg) file formats require additional art charges. Contact us for a quote.
We use Federal Express and UPS ground as normal means of shipping. Other services are available and may incur additional charges. All shipments are inspected and packed securely in our warehouse, any claims for damaged goods should be made to the shipping company prior to accepting the shipment.
We accept company checks, purchase orders (if an approved account is setup 4 weeks prior to order), credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard).

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
